Strengths Finder 2.0

Strengths Finder 2.0

I am always looking for ways to leverage my strengths and improve my opportunities.  I was drawn to this book, not to find my strengths, but rather validate what I thought they were.  For the most part, I am quite self aware 🙂  This books lists “34 Themes and ideas for Action”.  Mine are:

Achiever, Command, Communication, Competition, Focus, Input, Learner, Maximizer, and Significance.

I bolded Learner, because that is the one I am most proud.  I think this reading challenge is evidence of that.  I cannot consume enough information or learn new things.  I also love sharing what I learn.

Funny enough, I didn’t note my areas of opportunity or themes with which I didn’t identify.  Maybe that’s a post for another time.  I have noticed I am reading books that play into and validate my strengths.  Perhaps I need to be more diligent in seeking out titles and content  in areas that I need development.  Hmmmmmm.
